Professors Bradford, Stretch, and Khan will engage in conversation and spirited debate about the possibilities and potential pitfalls of regulating Big Tech, including the wisdom of the recent antitrust cases filed against Facebook and Google, the prospect of legislation, and the recent Digital Markets Act. Among the topics covered will be their perspectives on the impact of tech breakups (or not) on the culture of such organizations. This Zoom event will be set up as a meeting and student engagement and questions are highly encouraged.
Registration will be limited to Columbia email addresses.
