Roundtable Working Group

The Mark Initiative created an invitation-only roundtable working group of dedicated and passionate practitioner leaders and academics to engage in rich discussion on timely and relevant research on organizational character and leadership, to share best practices, and to engage outside perspectives to help inform the continued work of the Mark Initiative. The composition of the Roundtable Working Group includes professionals and academics from various points in their careers, representing a range of industries and backgrounds, including senior business executives, consultants, and in-house counsel, to ensure that a variety of perspectives are represented. Particular attention is paid to generational diversity, as current challenges surrounding corporate culture involve differing generational work/life expectations, and its intersection with racial, ethnic, and gender diversity – issues that are especially germane to the Mark Initiative and its goals around teaching exceptional organizational culture. Members of the Roundtable Working Group meet on a biannual basis.
