The third of the Reuben Mark Initiative Fall 2020 Organizational Leadership Series at Columbia Law School will feature Ritva Sotamaa, Chief Legal Officer and Group Secretary of Unilever, a multi-national consumer goods company that owns over 400 brands, including Hellmann’s, Lipton, Ben & Jerry’s, Dollar Shave Club, and Dove. Ms. Sotamaa will share insights into the leadership role of the Chief Legal Officer of an international dual-listed company, Unilever plc and Unilever N.V. This program will be moderated by Katharina Pistor, Edwin B. Parker Professor of Comparative Law.
