As part of the Reuben Mark Initiative for Organizational Character and Leadership, the Organizational Leadership Series will host Nadine Flynn, Vice President and Senior Associate General Counsel of Colgate-Palmolive. The moderated discussion will focus on Nadine's leadership role at Colgate-Palmolive and the impact of generative AI and emerging technology on leadership and organizational culture. The discussion will take place on Wednesday, January 17th from 12:00 - 1:30 pm in WJWH 207. Nadine Flynn's Bio:
Nadine currently serves as Colgate-Palmolive Company's Vice President and Senior Associate General Counsel, Marketing & Trademarks, Commercial, and Legal Operations. In this role, Nadine oversees the Marketing & Trademarks and Commercial Legal Teams, helping to drive Colgate's advertising efforts and protect its valuable intellectual property rights globally, and supporting the company's Supply Chain function. In addition, in her Legal Operations role, she oversees the leveraging of technology and legal process outsourcing, management of global budgets and vendors, and development of knowledge management solutions and continuous learning opportunities.
Prior to joining Colgate, Nadine was Chief Trademark Counsel at Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, and a Senior Intellectual Property Associate at White & Case LLP and Townley & Updike. Nadine received her law degree from Columbia University School of Law, and holds a BFA from Carnegie Mellon University.
