The second  of the Reuben Mark Initiative Fall 2020 Organizational Leadership Series at Columbia Law School will feature Marie Oh Huber, Chief Legal Officer and SVP of eBay Inc. Ms. Huber will share insights into her leadership role at eBay, and the innovative approach with which she has led the legal function within the global e-commerce company. Among other topics, Ms. Huber will talk about her career, the impact of the global health crisis on the company, key legal and business issues that have unexpectedly arisen out of the pandemic, the impact of recent racial justice movements, and the role of in-house counsel as crisis manager in a rapidly changing environment. Ronald Mann, Albert E. Cinelli Enterprise Professor of Law, will moderate.
