About the Event

As part of the Reuben Mark Initiative for Organizational Character and Leadership, the Organizational Leadership Series will host Dara Richardson-Heron, former chief patient officer of Pfizer, in conversation with Adam Bryant, senior advisor to the Reuben Mark Initiative for Organizational Character and Leadership at Columbia Business School. The discussion will focus on Dara's role at Pfizer during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, her career-long dedication to advocacy through people-first leadership, and her vast experience creating and supporting effective organizational cultures at the YWCA USA, Susan G. Komen, and United Cerebral Palsy Association.
